These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and www.rsbazar.com, by using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

Terms of Service synopsis
Rsbazar is an online Digital service selling platform for Old school Runescape. Jagex owns all intellectual property, game code, servers, assets, and player accounts within Old School RuneScape (OSRS), we players are merely granted limited permission to use these accounts and assets. It usually doesnt happen but this permission can be revoked by Jagex at any time. You use our services at your own risk and we will not be liable for any bans/mutes or locks on your account. Any kind of services,currency and account sales will be logged and proof will be collected at sale for our own benefit in case of buyers dispute. If the services and sales are not completed by us in timely matter you will be given a refund. Any attempt to request a refund for a legitimate sale will not be enforcable.

These terms can be modified at any time, be sure to check the date of update at the top of this section, you will be notified that way and by continuing to use our services you agree to any new modifications of the terms.

Service use

You warrant that you will not be using our services in any unwanted way or trying to deceive us with abusing any bug on the website. If you see a bug report it directly to us please and we will fix it to make it fair for everyone.

You will not use and abuse our name to try to scam, phish or hack anyone on the market.

Consumer rights
All our services provided by us are covered by consumer protection laws, including the Digital Content Directive EU 2019/770. These include :

-Refund and repairs in case of not meeting expectations

-We hold no responsability for any account bans/mutes or locks after it was handed over to customer

-Accounts have no ban history, they are clean accounts unless stated otherwise prior

-We are original owners of all our accounts and will be able to assist you in recovery for up to 6 months after sale

Services Terms of service:

-We are not responsible for any bans, mutes or locks, especially after the service has already been done

-You must always change pass prior and after the service, we are not responsible for anything related to any break ins during those times

-You must deposit any big amounts of wealth off the account before service begins, we are not responsible for anything missing

-All prices on the website are for non-restricted regular accounts, if you have a specific account restricition ( Ironman, Hardcore Ironman, Ultimate Ironman, Group Ironman) or skills below avererage meant for the service or missing items you must consult with us via livechat first to get an evaluation, in case you already paid and we found out your missing some requirements an upcharge is possible or an refund

Gold sales Terms of service:

-After gold has been traded to you we hold no responsibility for any bans or anything related

-If you are buying a large amount of gold (500M+) you need to come collect/trade it from a high level account
